Underwater Seafood Restaurant -- Burj al Arab Hotel4428 viewsThe view from our table at the underwater seafood restaurant. I don't think we were really underwater, but there was a large tank of salt water fish to keep us entertained as we ate their cousins.

Black Bull -- Woodneuk Fold -- Royal Show 20054418 viewsI took this photograph of a regal Highland black bull waiting to go into the show ring. The gentleman gave me his card: he's Tom Thomson from the Woodneuk Fold in Glasgow.

Kune Kune - Gloucester Cross4397 viewsDon't ask me how, but somehow Chase's kune kune pigs mated with our Gloucester Old Spot boar, and this piggy is the result. When I tried to take her photo she kept trying to hide behind the water trough. I guess I can't blame her for not wanting to have her photo snapped.

Our Bathtub -- Burj al Arab Hotel4364 viewsOur suite (all rooms at the Burj al Arab Hotel are suites) covered two floors, with a long curving staircase connecting the floors. We had a large shower and a big round bath tub, complete with a painting of Dubai.

Tenbury Wells - Let Us Do Your Ironing4219 viewsThis sign made me chuckle. It was in the window of a cluttered, dusty shop. And the sign itself looked like it needed a good ironing.1 comments

The Vet Giving our Tamworth Boar an Injection4195 viewsAnn Carman, from The White House Vets in Malvern, comes out on a Saturday and Sunday to see our Tamworth boar. He's a bit lame, but Ann found nothing in his paw (trotter?) and no apparent broken bones. An injection of a pain killer and some antibiotic is needed, but the first bends Ann's needle. Big tries to keep the boar in place while Ann tries again with a stronger needle.2 comments
